StockAnalytics.AI is an educational technology platform that provides:

• Video Analysis Library: AI-generated analysis videos covering companies in the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 indices
• Custom Ticker Requests: The ability to request analysis of specific stock tickers, with delivery typically within 24 hours
• Research Documents: Written analyses with citations to publicly available sources
• Portfolio Diversification Analyzer: Tools to analyze portfolio concentration, sector exposure, correlation, and risk metrics
• SEC Filing Risk Scanner: AI-powered analysis of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) to identify disclosed risk factors

Feature availability depends on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans at prices displayed on our pricing page. Plan features and pricing are subject to change. Current subscribers will be notified of material changes in advance.

6.2 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Only one free trial per person or household.

6.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account management portal. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• Your account will revert to a free/limited access state

6.5 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact support for assistance.

7. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our Content without express written permission

All Content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, software, and analytical tools, is owned by or licensed to EON Risk Services LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any right to:

• Modify or create derivative works from our Content
• Download, copy, or store Content except as expressly permitted
• Use Content for commercial purposes
• Remove any proprietary notices from Content

Our Service integrates with third-party services, including:

• LemonSqueezy: Payment processing and subscription management
• Data Providers: Financial data and market information sources
• AI Services: Third-party AI and machine learning services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third parties.

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any investment decisions you make based on our Content

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Service immediately terminates
• You must cease all use of the Service
• Sections regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at contact@stockanalytics.ai. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving notice.
